Shawn helped my husband and I buy our first home in an insane seller’s market. Although it took us five offers to finally get a house, Shawn kept our morale up and didn’t let us get discouraged. We appreciated his professional demeanour, and he was never late to any of the 25+ showings we ended up having. He made himself available to show houses with very little notice (essential in this market) and was always happy to show us new listings. He answered emails, texts, and calls promptly. He also takes COVID seriously and follows all the rules. Shawn was a great fit for us personality-wise, as we did not want a realtor who was overbearing or too talkative.
