Initially Shane came in to drywall and tape my office space and replace the standing shower in my bathroom. Price was reasonable, communicated from beginning to end, detailed and quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

And recently replaced our tile floor in our other bathroom and we couldnt be happier, this is now our second time calling on Shane's Home Renovations, he even had to trim the door on the bathroom and shined with confidence and precision helping the door clear the floor thickness and transition strip without compromising the doors integrity and installed baseboard as we had door casing to start along the floor

Very unprofessional and rude. Before I paid him, Shane was very responsive and friendly. Once I paid the deposit, he stopped returning calls. He only answered when I called him from a different number. I had to hire somebody else in the last minute to do the job. His price was also way below the industry standard; I called several contractors and they all quoted the same price range, which is four times Shane’s price. Of course, I never got the deposit back.
