We went through a house flood this year and our insurance recommended ServPro to do the repairs throughout our century home. Josh was great to work with making the process easy and making sure we had the same if not better quality being put back into our home, he had our full trust with this project and didn’t disappoint. Quinn was almost part of the family by the time he finished executing the repairs, he was attentive to detail and put in the effort to complete the work to a high standard. We appreciate the entire SERVPRO team for working tirelessly throughout the holidays and months leading up to us back home!

I can't say enough good things about this company and the people that work for them. Josh, our Project Manager was informative through every step of our project and the process, and made sure things were done on the timeline he laid out. Never overpromised anything, but definitely over delivered. The 2 workers, Quinn (Lead) & Jimmy (helper) were absolutely amazing, friendly, and polite. They did great work, and cleaned up behind them. I would 100% recommend ServPro Barrie for any of your restoration needs.

This is a very straightforward and effective company to work with! They helped me fix and restore one bathroom. From the beginning, Josh was always very supportive and clearly explained the issue and the options I had to fix it. We had a flood that damaged our entire basement. Other businesses were too busy to help with the content filled nightmare we had, but ServPro Barrie came from provinces away to provide our house with the damage mitigating measures we needed, while also lining up other professionals to help us through the content and disposal. We are in a better situation because of their responsiveness and knowledge. The staff was professional and friendly, and their expertise made decisions easier, giving us confidence that the right measures were taken. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any emergency/mold situation!

We were extremely pleased with SERVPRO, particularly Brian, when he and his associate came to assess the damage following a fire at our home.
They were professional and very thorough in their review of the damage and assessment of repair costs. We were impressed at how quickly they prepared a report for our insurance company’s claims specialist (Chubb) and how professionally and detailed the report was prepared. Also, they were happy to answer our questions and promptly provided the assistance we needed. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Hired SERVPRO to remediate water damage from a crack in our foundation and around our basement window. They were first rate in dealing with the situation. Very professional. When it came time to refinish the basement with new drywall and paint the job was done exceptionally well. Frank who did the work was great, helpful and polite and a joy to have in our home. Thank you for the great experience. Would definitely recommend.

We hired this company to eradicate a mold problem that was discovered when we had our kitchen demoed. There was a large concentrated spot of black mold on the ceiling that had been covered by our old kitchen cabinets. They came and took pictures of every room in the house including the attic. They never actually went up into the attic to check the area above where the mold spot was. The tech told me someone from their office would call me later that same day to discuss the findings. I did not receive a call, so I called them a few days later. I was very disappointed to hear that they were too busy to come back and actually do my job. They said because of all the rain we recently had they were only attending flood calls. After several more phone calls pleading with them, they finally sent someone out. All he did was cut out the mold spot. No inspection of the attic or replacement of the contaminated insulation. When I called the office to complain and see when someone would return to finish the job they told me that I hired them, and I quote, to 'cut out the mold spot from the ceiling'. I told them I hired them to do a complete job, whatever that entailed, not just cut a hole in my ceiling. I was told a supervisor would call me to discuss the matter. Guess what. No one called us back. We received a bill for $448. I guess I should've just taken a friend up on his offer to cut it out free. That's basically all I got from this company for $448.
