On Friday we had a visit from ServicePlus heating and cooling to look at our air conditioning unit as it quit cooling. We were super impressed with the technician (Matt) that came out to diagnose the problem. He not only told us the issue, he presented us with options for every budget. We were even more impressed when we learned the repair would be made the next business day.
The team of technicians (Jordan and Justin) were awesome! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They were diligent in their work, kept us informed, and listened to our input. The job ended with everything better than when they arrived with properly placed ductwork and new equipment installed with more efficiency than the previous setup. Extremely happy customers!
