Suite à l’inondation du 9 septembre 2024, Adam Tuk est venu très rapidement constater, documenter et nous conseiller sur les étapes à suivre et des possibilités que leur entreprise pouvait nous offrir, le tout sans pression et avec beaucoup de compassion. Même si nous n’avons pas requis leurs services (nous avons décider de tout faire seul) Adam est demeuré très professionnel.

We had a horrible house fire. We were so overwhelmed with the loss of our home, items and dog. I can’t believe our family is going through this. Our insurance company sent Adam from Service Master. Adam has been so amazing and helpful. He arrived the next day to meet us and discuss next steps. Since we have never lived through something like this, Adam took his time to explain and answer our many questions. Adam has been so accessible with communication. There have been times I have been in a panic or full of anxiety and he is calm and takes his time assisting us. We requested some sentimental items back. He went to his workplace and went through our items and pulled them to give back to us. Even though they were to be thrown away, he took time to clean them because they were special to our family. I’m so thankful for Adam. He has been so supportive and helpful.

We contacted Servicemaster when one of our tenants had a flood which brought toilet water from the upstairs to the basement. We contacted the company who came out promptly and provided quotes. After hiring them, we have seen little to no action. This flood happened in May and the work still isn't completed. I can't get a call back from the owner and the new project manager is supposedly on vacation with no one taking over. No one at this company seems to care or provide a call back to update us. Feeling stuck at this point. Use at your own risk.

ServiceMaster Restore of Brantford handled a major issue at our family cottage - storm damage to our roof leading to extensive interior water damage. Adam Tuk and his team are absolutely EXCELLENT! Their service is very professional - responsive, thorough and detailed. They communicated with us frequently and clearly, anticipating questions and helping us through the process in every way. Happily, they worked directly with the insurance company to achieve fair and speedy compensation for us. We give them a 100% satisfaction rating and cannot thank Adam and ServiceMaster Restore of Brantford enough!!

I would give a zero star if I could. It’s sickening how their Project Manager took advantage of the fact we are new to home ownership and instead of being open and honest, took advantage of the situation. What we had discussed isn’t what actually took place. If you have to deal with Service Master proceed with caution and make sure to protect yourself anyway possible. I am sure they have done this more people than just us.

I would not recommend this company for your restoration needs. Had basement flooded, called this company to come by and have a look, said that it would take a few days as they were busy as a lot of other people had their basements flooded as well, came by a few days later, surveyed the basement and explained what they would do and said that they would get back to me in a few days, waited a few days and nothing, so I called them and the person I spoke to said that they would get back to me in a couple of days, a week later and still nothing, called a different company, came by a couple of days later and started the work that needed to be done, happy now the work is completed, no thanks to Service Master inconsiderate attitude towards customers.

We had a sewage lake in a rental property. This company was great to deal with. Great communication. Easy to deal with. Educated and informative. Fast service. Was very helpful and will definitely recommend.
