These guys were contractors for the Saratoga Beach House, let me just say this. For a company that's been building for almost a decade, the quality of work they do is like that of someone who just got into the business. The number of problems this development had with the dumbest things like foundation, guards, gutters, siding, light fixtures, plumbing, paint, etc... it was a total nightmare. I don't see these guys surviving after this year if this is the quality of work they do. The oversight of so many details that ruin the home just go straight over their heads because they don't know how to build quality homes at all.

Add: Hi Sheldon, thank you for your response. We've already tried to resolve all the problems I had and you guys put it back onto the designer and the architects, etc... basically washed your hands of it. I sold the property as I felt it basically would not hold up over the years due to the poor workmanship. Aside from sloping floors, patio doors that don't align, smashed shower doors, frozen water lines, there is just too much risk holding onto a property like this with terrible workmanship. I wish you luck in your future projects.

I've worked with Sheldon and David over the past 12 months and both have been highly responsive, have a good attention to detail, and have demonstrated complete ownership for any deficiencies that need to be addressed. The lack of finger pointing and approach to saying "I'll take care of it" has been a breath of fresh air.

Kevin and the Saywell crew did a fantastic job of fixing up our condo building on Crescent View. Communication was great, every week putting notices for the residents to know what was taking place. Haven't seen such poor housekeeping/cleanup on any site before, I now have to clean up in my OWN apartment after your guys made a huge mess... Maybe figure out a way to keep debris and pieces out of our homes.. Very unsatisfied
