The property looks absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The landscaper does a great job. I have been there in the summer and winter and very well maintained always shoveled and the flower beds look great. Very welcoming.

I've been living in this building for many years and everyone is great. The Lady in the office is very kind and humble. Maintenance takes care of any request immediately and the office conveys messages if there are any delays.

The building itself is wonderful, clean, quiet, and in a good neighborhood. The maintenance staff on site keep this place looking great.
We originally moved into this building because it was close to work, but I fear we are going to have to move because of some violent/aggressive residents in the building.
In the past 4 years we've lived here, I've been verbally assaulted 3 times, physically assaulted once, had 2 false police reports called against me and had my life and my dogs life threatened as well. The concerns I have for my safety, my dogs safety, and my girlfriends safety are too much to handle anymore. There's accounts of others in the building being verbally abused as well by the same 2 people which have fallen on deaf ears.
I recommend moving in because of the potential this building could have, but proceed with caution.

Although I had previously rated this building 4 stars, over the past few weeks, it’s been less than a one star experience for myself and other tenants lately.

While the maintenance and cleaning team keep this property looking so wonderful all the time. (Special thanks to Rob!) it is unfortunate to experience other tenants ruining the peace of my family and others. I have been harassed twice by tenants who think it is okay to yell with malicious intent to scare others. Yet administrators do not seem to care or acknowledge these concerns at all.

It is also incredibly inappropriate that a tenant continues to have a live recording of a shared common space on this private property, making everyone else feel like their privacy is breached, yet again, the admin staff disregards this concern. If you care to live in a property where the administration staff does not actually value your safety or well being, then this is the place to be.

I have been here for over 7 years now and it is a very nice place to rent, in my experience any issues I have had with the sink or toilet etc has been taken care of in a timely manner, I have a 2 bedroom and it is very spacious! Other reviews that say Boardwalk only cares how the grounds look is not true, ANY issues I have had have with my apartment have been taken care of quickly! I would like to add Rob the maintenance person is fast and friendly!!! A+++++++++

I have been living here since June and I love it here. The tenants are nice and management is on point! My door handle broke on a Saturday of a long weekend and the repairman showed up within 25-30 minutes of my call. The issue was fixed within an hour. Impressive!

Constant change in management. The newest girl doesn't do her job. If the office opens at 9am, she is there at 9:30. There were so many issues. Huge ant problem. The windows and patio doors are rotten, eaten by ants. They also try to get away with a lot, so make sure you know your rights. They will charge everyone who moves out for carpet cleaning ( which is the responsibility of the landlord). Many people don't fight this but they should. It's just another way the company is trying to make a quick buck. I strongly suggest finding somewhere else to live.
