Wow! This company is incredible! We moved into a new house and Codner's was available to do the landscaping. They did a fantastic job for a good price! All of the guys were so friendly and knew what they were doing. We highly recommend S&H Codner Construction!

These people were a nightmare for our family. Had a written contract with them and work was to be done in accordance with building code of Canada. They cut corners at every opportunity. When we kept objecting they walked off the job, broke our contract and tried to sue us in court before we could even figure out how to respond to the mess they left us in. Run from Stan Codner and son. Only reason there is one star is because I can’t post this warning without selecting a star.

I have been dealing with Shawn for a few years now.

I have over 40 loads of topsoil delivered in stages for my new lawn and the quality is top notch.

We have also used there potting soil which is a mix of topsoil and peat for trees, shrubs and plant beds. This soil is amazing quality and great to work with.

If you are looking for topsoil then look no where else but Codners

My septic system backed up on Feb.16th. I spoke with Mr.Codner the following day,Sunday,Feb.17th. He said he would contact me the following day,Mon.Feb.17th.This is March 5th. NOT A WORD have i heard since then.

Great materials at a reasonable price. Very quick delivery and the driver was very careful about how and where he drove the truck and dropped each load. Stones, Gravel and Sand - they have it all...great materials!!
