Where to start? Giving Ryan 5 stars really feels like a disservice. Truly and honestly, there is nothing more that I would have asked of Ryan when we were selling our home.

We have only sold one other home, and initially I figured that when a person was selling their home the Realtor of the buyers did the bulk of the work. Boy, was I mistaken.

First off, when we were selecting our Realtor, we looked at 3 others. Ryan stood out from the rest right off the hop. He showed up more prepared than the others. He obviously spent a fair amount of time before he even met us to get prepared for the meeting.

After we signed up with Ryan he went to work. He had someone come in and give us guidance for staging the home. He got us in touch with trusted contractors that could help us with concerns that we had with our own home. Most importantly, he gave valuable advice all along the way. He was never a yes man, would give it to you straight, but never in a way that made you feel small.

When we finally listed, he did a video walk-through of the home. I am not sure if this helps buyers, but it really meant a lot to us. The pictures they took looked phenomenal and the write up was written in such a way that sold the home without being pretentious or sales-y.

Once the home started showing, Ryan was in contact with us the whole time. He did not assume anything. He was quick to respond and kept us updated.

We had multiple offers come in, and he walked us through the process. He was never pushy, just gave advice and let us make up our own minds. After we accepted one of the offers Ryan was in contact the entire way. He even checked in with us from time to time before closing.

From start to finish Ryan was an all-star. Never did we have to chase him, never did we feel ignored or unimportant. My only regret is that we moved out of the area and could not take him with us to find our new home.
