I've purchased 2 homes with Ryan and both times we excellent. He showed us about 10 properties before the first purchase and didn't try to push us into buying something. He will actually point out stuff that maybe a negative about the property just so you don't have any surprises. Then it's your decision if those thing are a concern to you or not. It's nice to see a Realestate agent that's not trying to hide anything.

We have also sold through Ryan and the buyers backed out after home inspection. This was no fault of his, the buyers sometimes get cold feet or are concerned with thing the home inspector says. Some home inspectors are a little over critical just to cover themselves. Also some buyers expect an older house to be perfect like a new house, even though it's half the price per square foot.

Ryan is one of the most honest Realestate agents you will find. He will look out for your best interest and not just try and make a quick buck off you.
