I cannot express in words (or stars) how happy I am with Golden Ridge Realty. Their purchasing agent, Joey Zhou, helped me win a bidding war for our family home without overpaying and despite our conditional (sale) offer. We beat multiple clean offers that were competitive, as confirmed by a rival bidder, due to our agent's work in conveying our genuine interest in the home, which was only weighed thanks to the agency's reputation, this according to the selling agent. (I would also credit my agent and his honest demeanor for having built the rapport needed to convey our message). Golden Ridge found our home in an area of (then) depressed value. Its fit and value is better than the options we identified with other agents. Prior to our successful purchase, Golden Ridge advised on other offers that came within mere thousands of their sale price, a testament to their insight and feel for the market. I found their proprietary tools to also be helpful in that regard. Lastly, and in closing, I am most pleased with my agent, for his patient and heartfelt pursuit of our family home. His effort was as touching as it was tireless and is something I will never forget.
