I've dealt with a few members of this brokerage for various needs and projects over the past few years and all I can say is, wow! How did one place end up with so many great people? I was there recently for a meeting with an agent and everyone I passed greeted me with a smile and a hello. Also a very clean and modern office. I have always been treated well there from the moment I walk in the door. If you're a individual looking for a Realtor or an agent looking for a new brokerage, you can't go wrong here. I have nothing but the best to say about Connect Realty.

We chose Jeannie Leblanc from Royal LePage Connect Realty to represent us during our home purchasing process. Buying a home in todays market can be a daunting & overwhelming task - especially for frugal individuals such as myself. Nearly every home we looked at sold for way more than we expected during our home searching process, and home ownership felt like a far reach until we met an amazing realtor like Jeannie! Sorry to say but I will never again hire this agency. I used them in July last year and they sourced out/screened my tenant who signed a year lease. I paid their regular fees which in today's market are bigger than someone's monthly salary. Tenant moved out this April braking the lease. I am now finding out that other agencies/brokerage clearly specify in their contract that if tenant moves out earlier, they will find a new tenant at no charge. That's not the case with Royal Lepage so please hire someone else to find you a good tenant and look after your interest and not just their own. I know I have to find a good broker right now but certainly will not recommend this one.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of of Rick Pecman and Rosana Russo. Rosana sold us our first house and continues to always be available for any questions I may have about real estate or really anything for that matter. When it came time to sell a rural family property Rosanna introduced us to Rick her partner at Royal LePage who was anything short of spectacular, he went well above his requirements when assisting our family threw the process of selling the property Which is located two hours Away from the Royal LePage office. In a modern day were everything is done threw email, Rick was glad to communicate in person making several trips to accommodate my mother who prefers face value and pen to paper communication. The property sold at top value while being listed exclusively in under two weeks. I will absolutely be requesting there service when the time comes for our next move. These are two top notch Individuals who clearly have a passion for Real estate and providing there clients with Top tear service.

Absolutely the most underhanded incompetent real estate office I have ever dealt with. Darren Martel talks like a used car salesman. Avoid this office at all costs. We were deceived by Anne Taylor on the length of the listing. Now with the house off the market they refuse to release us, not allowing us to sell with someone else. They call this comment slanderous and threatening. I was told to take this down and call Darren Martel again, even after I embarrassed him in front off his staff ( no clients in the office) surprise surprise. Then he called the police. Still locked in, and not allowed back to the office. Filed complaints with RECO and BBB.
