One of the drivers in a company truck committed a hit and run(white gmc truck) license plate rotoml22 in the parking lot at 245 centennial drive, Orangeville. Didn’t stop and looked around before driving off. Multiple witnesses and pictures of the license plate have been taken and it is being reported to the police

I've worked at Rotomill for 10+ seasons. This WAS a good place to work. If you have any sort of Anxiety, Stress, and/or Problems with working with 'man children'. Then please stay away from this place now.

The Gentlemen that worked this place from the ground up, with their blood, sweat, and tears are basically ready to retire and don't care to train anyone anymore. (Which i dont blame them, they see Zero love anymore). The only time they hear anything from the New Owner - is from other people's mouths. Broken Telephone happens a lot on the field. There are those, including myself who wouldn't even know if the owner were standing beside them or not.

This is my review.

My last four seasons I've worked with a foreman that couldn't agree with management, which resulted in mayhem.
One that kept telling me to slow down to not do as much work so they can Gamble, and fell asleep driving on the highway with 5 others(myself) in the truck.
The third was an angry gossip that shared stories management has told - to another. As a flex or not, I'm not sure..
The fourth actually cared about Production. I had one good year with one good foreman out of 4 years. One week jobs turn into two days with us.

But, If your foreman isn't having a good day, you can forget about having a good day yourself.

This is what needs to be addressed, the actual mental strain sustained from working with these types of Foremans.

Also, with the 2%'ers youngsters stating that "Rotomill won't be around much longer, 5 years max!" doesn't bode well for the average worker to hear. Especially when they expect Rotomill to be around just as long, if not longer. With many more years ahead. People will just start looking else where, like our turn over rate shows.

If I could 0 outta' 5 stars, I would. After my foreman - that year - fell asleep at the wheel. Then was physically assaulted by my last foreman last year on the job site, my last shift of 2024. I'm done with this Company. Many other good Operators will/are too.

I'll be releasing a Full Report to whom ever it may concern, into the details in this post, and other instances that I've Logged, Recorded and Experienced. In an attempt that it finally reaches the Right Ears instead of Deaf Ones.

"Gunna' Make Teddy Some Money!" - I Remember A Time That Slogan Brought The Vangard Together. Shame.

WOAH. I came on here to complain about one of their drivers and see the unending posts of hit and runs. They really need to do another drug test at this place.. Ill just take this up with the police instead.. do better for the locals!

Rotomill Truck 14104 Plate AH80099. ALMOST HIT ME. In a round about in the inner lane, rotomill Truck cuts right infront of me from the outer lane pushing me onto the curb.

watched a rotomill driver hit and run a car in a parking lot yesterday. He knew he hit the car, looked back, and then drove off like nothing ever happened. Joke of a company.

So do you all just come to different citys to be unsafe drivers, not signalling. I had a baby in my vehicle and one of your drivers decides not to signal, was coffee that worth it?! Think safe at the back of the vehicle clearly a joke, cause this guy left the coffee shop and not signalling again on a busy street. Truck 14127 way to go buddy you got your coffee but what’s the point if your putting people around you at risk. Better yet just stay down southern Ontario like the disrespect, if you can’t respect northern Ontario communities stay home. Trust me we don’t need you big heads up here when we all are just trying to live and enjoy life.

Have overheard several employees dropping F-bombs. Have seen many employees slacking. Everything is slow. The team may need more direction.
