There is a reason why this company has 5 star reviews through and through. They are Customer Oriented, their pricing beats everything in the marketplace and their knowledge and customer service is absolutely incredible. We purchased a 3,000 Gallon Cistern for our cottage. It arrived in good time, in perfect condition and there were no problems. We won't use anyone else for future purchases. I first dealt with the owner at Roswells on the Kelvin road. He was very knowledgeable about all things septic, and I appreciated his input. I had some issues to resolve with my own tank.
In the last few weeks I have dealt with Anthony and the front desk staff. All were very friendly, and frankly, quite patient with me. I was trying to help a friend with an issue with the pump for a raised tile bed. Unfortunately, my friend had hired a contractor who was less than reputable, performed sub-par work, and in fact did not even attempt to do the entire job he was hired to do. It was such poor workmanship, I had to step in and do the job with another competent friend. I am a Trades person, but had no idea what I was getting into.
Anthony basically guided me with respect to the finer details, after many phone calls and questions clarifying what I should be observing as the pump ran and after it shut off. FYI, it is completely normal to have water coming out at two specific locations : one being the area of the check valve, the other being the bottom of the last elbow before the piping exits the tank (see the photo on the right). He was patient, I am compliant, and I think we made a good team.
In the end, we found the following after the contractor did the repair:
1) a cracked fitting inside the tank that had been 'inspected' by the contractor
2) 3 of 6 PVC joints were not glued during the repair by the contractor, and
3) the alarm float (black) and on-off float(grey) were installed in the wrong orientation, so the high-level alarm went off for quite some time before the pump came on. In fact, there was a good possibility that when the alarm went off, it would never be resolved if the off level for the pump was above the alarm on setting.
All 3 listed above were completed by a 'professional' with experience....it is a good thing we have camera's that don't lie....thanks again Anthony, for your patience and assistance.....(the photo of the finished product is on the left)......Art

My girlfriend, Taylor Hill & I have had the best experience ordering & receiving tanks from Roswell concrete. My girlfriend's Dad has been dealing with this company for many years and they have been beyond helpful and generous to us & the whole family. I highly recommend them if you need any cistern or septic tanks or any other supplies! They are always on time & are always there to help if ever needed. The staff is also so nice and helpful!
