Overpriced for what you get. Utilities are included but still too expensive. Certainly not what anyone would consider a luxury building and is now starting took rundown. Guy who runs it is a buffoon and has a very high opinion of himself. Don't get into a conversation with him because he only talks about himself and don't ever make a complaint about something in your apartment. I would recommend anyone wanting to move here to look around, there are much better nicer places out there. $1000+ for a two bedroom in this place is outrageous.

I want to say nice things but can't think of any.
The building looks okay from far away but it's really old and look really old. The grass and the bushes are nice.Thats the only think I can say
Not enough washing and drying machines and they don't work good. They're old, very old. The owners must be cheap. won't replace them with new ones.
Building janitor uses other people in the building to spy and report to him on things so the people in the apartments are being watched all the time.
Janitor doesn't like people sitting talking in the lobby.
Lots of rust on the balconeys.
Expensive. I was paying $1050 for two bedrooms and $40.00 for underground parking. Water shuts off and you don't know before. Lots of leaks in the pipes. Ceiling in hallways are stained brown from water leaks.
People spill stuff in stairway coffee maybe? Itstill there two and three weeks later.
I moved to another place in Welland on Clare and like it better.
