They delivered the project on time, on budget and with the utmost professionalism. Their prices were competitive and the project was very well coordinated. We hired Rockdale Homes to fully renovate two of our properties, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Their team completed both projects under two months each, showcasing their exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Although the work itself is important, I would say for us the consultation stage was just as critical. The consultant was super helpful in helping us piece together what we had in mind and bringing it to life. Now the work is done and we are very satisfied. Excellent communication, prompt worker and very efficient. Mamet ? would call me when he was on his way, showed up early and left at the end of the day. Very clean work and kept the rest of our house protected and clean. Very highly recommended business.

Our house was severely damaged due to the natural gas leak explosion in Orleans on February 13. Our insurance company recommended several companies to us, and even the company we agreed with the first time tried to steal our belongings at home. We, as a family, were very sad and hopeless. After much research I found Rockdale Homes and it has been an absolutely amazing experience for us. I didn't really believe what he said at first, but the experience and determination of the masters were absolutely amazing. In particular the following services:
Finishing the job on time, Great customer service, Price standards, Custom design service, guarantees and follow-ups after delivering the house were great
I would like to thank the painter and drywall installer man Seyfo, one of the working masters. I witnessed him working late until 12:00 AM to finish the job on time.

I don’t normally have time leave a google review but I wanted to for Rockdale Homes. It is the least I can do to show my utmost appreciation to Omer and his entire team for not just giving us an end product that we love but for a very positive experience from the very start. RH deserve more than just a 5 star!

After hearing nightmares from friends/family with their reno experiences, we had almost a dozen companies come and have a look at our basement. Omer was the 2nd last person to have a look at our basement and stood out with his knowledge and honesty. I knew from the start what I wanted to use our basement for and that I wanted to maximize the space that we have but I don’t have an eye for interior design, so we were leaning towards going with a company that provides a design service as well. While Rockdale Homes does provide a design service if desired, it wasn’t even necessary with Omer. Omer not only knows how to build, but he has so much experience and an eye for design and detail that he was easily able to look at our space and envision how it will look based on my needs. At our very first meeting with him, he was able to make such great suggestions and information about our basement that made it evident he knows exactly what he is doing which make sense because his company builds homes from the ground up.

Once we compared all the quotes and decided to go with Rockdale homes, we were provided a schedule for the work from beginning to end and payment was taken in several instalments based on the work as it was being done which we thought was such an honest and great way to do it. Batu was an indispensable gem for us by providing daily updates on the work that was completed for that particular day with a heads up on what we can expect the next day and the time of arrival of his workers. He was so kind and patient and made sure I was always satisfied with the progress being made. If I ever pointed out any concerns I had, he made sure it was always addressed immediately.

We have this weirdly spaced area in our basement that is an extension of the bay window area from the floors above with a very inconveniently placed water pipe (Our house was built in 1982). I told Omer that we have a lot of books and my son makes legos and wanted a space to display them. Omer was able to take what has always been our most disliked area of our basement to now our favourite! With Omer's vision, and his team going above and beyond to paint an accent colour to the back walls as well as install special LED coloured lights to that space, it has now turned into what is now our favorite space in the basement!

Omer is a very kind, respectful, honest and hard-working individual with attention for the finest details, and it is evident that everyone who he has working for him is held to that very same standard. Every single person who walked through our door from the demolition/framing guys, the dry wallers, insulation guy, electrician, flooring, painter/finisher, to the young gentleman who came at the very end to meticulously clean our basement and entire area from the front door to the basement, each one was so nice and took the time to consult with me on the finest details whilst providing their own expert advice, but giving me the chance to share my preference.

The electrician was telling my husband that he used to work for other companies but with time, they were asking him to take his cut, but to keep reducing the quality of lights he installs to save money. He said he did not like going into people’s homes to install cheap quality lights so he only works for Omer because he was the ONLY one who has never asked him to do that. This to me is a testament to not only the honesty with which Rockdale Homes conduct themselves but also, a testimony of the pride that they take in delivering the highest quality and standard of work to their clients.

A bit of a long review, but THANK YOU Rockdale Homes! I’m hoping I can save people time, money and heartache. Go with Rockdale Homes, you will not be disappointed!

They were professional and meticulous from start to finish and stayed within their timeframes. If you are looking for a reno company you can trust, Rockdale is it. They are true to their word.
