We walked in to ask a few questions and were immediately reprimanded by being there 20 minutes before close. Then rudely told they don't sell anything under 1000 square feet.
Would not go back again. Worst first impression to a potential client.

Just Calling to just ask a few questions about resale was talked down to by the receptionist and told to look on Kijiji. I was a very patient customer bought a home from them about eight years ago and it took seven years to just get a window replaced on warranty work, absolutely no customer service after payment is received for your trailer. I would definitely suggest looking at any other modular homes company if you’re looking to buy.

The best customer service out of all their competition. The staff at Roca are respectful and have so much knowledge. With a few simple questions to verify what my family’s needs are they were able to provide me with everything I asked for. If your looking around and researching your options you must reach out to Spencer at Roca before you commit to anything. This group really cares and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the needs of their customers. Nice to see in today’s world respect.

Bought a home from Roca 2 years ago, nothing but a run around!!! Ended up being 3months late to start with, Still haven't got warranty complete, total miss communication between Spencer and the warranty company (like none). Blaming everything on covid. Like the home but totally regret buying g from Spencer at Rica homes!!!! Again absolute 💯 horrible experience!!!

Called these guys to ask a few questions about production and such... as soon as it was realized I wasn't purchasing they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough to the point of hanging up mid sentance. I always worry about companies and people that are like that, purely there for the sales aspect.
The whole reason I reached was because it said home builder under their google posting..... "we dont build them" as he hangs up on me. Then are you really a home builder Other modular locations that dont build... dont state that, they state Modular home dealer.

Horrible email reply when I simply asked for prices of all their homes so we could make a plan in the next few years to purchase a home...condescending reply from the salesmen. Lost a sale all because he couldn't respond to an email in a professional manner. Pathetic. Can't wait for the business to respond to this review in a rude way too.
