It was an absolute pleasure working with Chad, Terry, and the whole Robert Thompson team on our recent home addition and renovation project. From the initial stages of planning, we were put in touch with all parties needed by Chad to get the ball rolling. Chad led us through the entire journey and what to expect along the way. All of the contractors and businesses that we used through the process were top notch and also provided fantastic service. This clearly demonstrates the strong partnerships that RTC has with the subcontractors that they work with. We were never left wondering what was happening, or where we were at with the project. Chad helped to work within our defined budget and found solutions that worked for us when needed. We are so happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend RTC to anyone looking for an honest and reliable contractor.

I recently reached out for a project that I wasn’t sure how to complete, and was put in touch with Chad from RTC. He was so communicative, friendly, and helpful. He followed through on everything he said he would do, at the time he said he would do it. His crew was equally as professional on site. The quote for the work was fair and the quality of the work was great - exactly what I had asked for.
As a young woman managing two local businesses, I have experienced the behaviour of many crews over the years, and so I especially appreciated that Chad was the most respectful and professional contractor I have ever worked with in the region. We used RTC for a kitchen renovation this past summer, and we're very happy with the quality of work done by Chad, his team, and sub contractors. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, Chad managed to keep the project right on track as promised. Delays getting new appliances caused the project to drag on, but that was beyond RTC's control. Chad is easy going and lovely to work with, and he did a great job keeping us informed throughout the project. Thanks RTC! We love our new kitchen.
