This company deserves 0 stars. I have family that lives in one of their projects and I’ve visited numerous times where I’ve witnessed extremely unsafe conditions for tenants. I have heard multiple stories that are very concerning, currently there’s tenants with water leaking through their ceilings and into their light fixtures creating a fire hazard for the entire complex. There’s countless stories I’ve been told regarding unsafe living conditions on this 2 year project, with no signs of being finished soon despite what their website claims. Would not recommend.

This company is currently doing construction work at Jennings Pl. Workers they leave sharps like nails all over the ground. Many of the residents ended up with flat tires on their vehicles due to nails popping the tires. I am one of the resident there whose vehicles tire was caused by the nails scattered around on the ground. Very irresponsible and careless.
