We have lived peacefully at this Apartment for the past year now. Everything about our new apartment and neighborhood has been calm and exceptional. The apartments are clean and new, you don’t have to worry about maintenance issues because it is a new build. Trish (the apartment manager) has always been very happy, courteous and helpful. Whenever we have a concern she has always made it her priority to solve it. Also if we have any questions she kindly answers them. We are truly grateful for finding such a friendly and welcoming home for our small family. We are really happy with our new home, and highly recommend living here. If we could rate more stars we would.

We had to leave the condo we were renting as our landlord wanted to sell. We are both seniors (75 and 86) and didn't want to go through that experience again. We were very fortunate to be able to rent an apartment here (so no landlord wanting to sell or rent to an aunt!) and with lots of help from Trish we moved in to enjoy air-conditioning, en-suite laundry and indoor parking, three of my "must haves" .Trish runs a tight ship as we try to adhere to the rules of a new lease. She does it all in a friendly and understanding manner and as a result the buildings always look clean and attended to. Any issues are dealt with quickly and Trish is terrific about keeping the tenants informed. We are very happy to be living here.

We've been living here for almost a year now, and aside from a few growing pains as it's a brand new building, it has been pretty good. It is relatively affordable and has pretty much everything you need. Great location if you don't want the congestion of living right in the middle of town and an easily accessible bus stop just a short walk away if you don't want to drive. The property manager here, Trish, has always been wonderful with any issues we've had, and it seems like she's always trying her best to make everyone happy to live here.

A big thank you to Trish the property manager here at Riverview Pointe in Cochrane. Trish always demonstrates true professionalism, friendly, quick to respond, follows up, makes time no matter how busy she is and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well. We are very happy here and the sunrises and sunsets are amazing along with the real sense of security with the RCMP next door. The apartments are new, easy access to the mountains, the park, great walking trails near the river, everyone is friendly and the rules, security seem to be taken very seriously.

It has been a pleasant experience moving into our apartment in Cochrane. The surrounding are clean and quiet, and Trish our building manager always goes out of her way to help us when needed. I would highly recommend renting here with Trish as your manager.

We love living here. Trish the property manager is a huge influence on why this place functions as well as it does. She ensures everyone feels safe in their space, communicates very well regarding anything going on, and takes time to get to know you. She’s friendly, personable, and professional. Anything we’ve needed fixed she has made sure it’s dealt with ASAP. Being a new build the units are beautiful and clean. We recommend exploring the options they have available here.

This is a great building with great management. Easy in and out of the building. Great security. Im a single woman and safety is an issue with me. Bonus that RCMP building is across the street. Love that the building is pet friendly.
