I was sitting by the fireplace the night before Good Friday when I noticed an odd noise. I tracked the offending grind downstairs to the furnace room. Perfect! Just the time for the fan to have a breakdown, on a long weekend. I called up River City on Good Friday morning and Dylan came 'round shortly afterward. My imagination was running wild at the possible cost of a new fan unit but Dylan pulled out a couple of new bearings and the two of us set to work separating the rusty parts. In short order, Dylan had the new bearings in place and the fan unit back in the furnace. It sounds like new... which means it no longer "sounds".
Fast, efficient, friendly service. River City is my go-to place for getting my home warm and toasty.

Once again the cold weather caused furnace problems. Contacted River city and like always answered the phone right away and listened to my story talked me through a few things then suggested if able to try a few quick fixes. Instructed me how to interpret the flashing code then the problem. Very professional and there when you need them

Not happy with how much we paid for a brand new Veissmann boiler. It was a L.O.T. of money,
I moved on with that actually, (what choice do I have but pay for it, right?) but for the #VEISSMANN boiler to break down ONLY after almost 4 years and have to pay another bill is just ridiculous! Total rip off in my opinion. For the amount we paid for the brand new boiler, there should be a warranty. How can I not be disappointed?
The original (old model boiler) lasted 39 years, we used it for about 8 years (since we bought the house) without a single problem until it was time to replace it.
