We were looking to wire up the back yard for a new hot tub and saw Ritchie's Electrical was local and called. I talked to Steven right away and he was exceptional. Came by the house that day on his way home to look at the project and recommended the best process. two days later he came by with Tyler and JC to start the job. We recently hired Steven and his crew to replace our entire electrical panel. He assisted in organizing Fortis and obtained the permits on our behalf. He and his staffed showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. He also took the time to come back three times to make sure all was working well and even assisted in getting our wifi to work! He even organized the inspection which the inspector while here also raved about his work. I would highly recommend them. They were great!
