Recently my daughter Pooja & her husband bought a townhouse from Rinaldi. At first, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Through out the whole process, they supported my daughter & her husband effectively!! I must say that I have experiences with several builders in Fonthill/ Welland, but I can say that RINALDI HOUSES ARE SO FAR THE BEST!!! Thank you MR RINALDI 🙏♥️

From the moment I saw my first Rinaldi home I knew this builder was special. But when you experience the passion and enthusiasm of their sales team during the initial process, the patience and style of the designers during selections or the attention to meticulous detail of the construction you are left completely amazed. They are truely a step above when it comes to builders! What really makes them stand out is their commitment after the sale. Ryan and the service team are exceptional, Rinaldi Homes stands behind their product and always answer when I call or inquire wether it's a service call or just a question about the finishes of my home. Best decision we've ever made.

Rinaldi Homes took my mother’s entire life savings, $80,000 and showed zero compassion.

She purchased a home pre-COVID, but when mortgage rates soared during the pandemic, she could no longer afford it. Rinaldi refused to let her sell the home due to a contract clause, and when she asked for compassion, they ignored her.

She was forced to sign a mutual release and walk away with nothing. At over 50 years old, she’s now in debt, living in rentals, and unable to recover financially.

Rinaldi Homes is rigid, heartless, and completely unwilling to work with clients facing real hardship. Be very careful before trusting them with your money.

I am 29 years old, and together with my husband we purchased our first home with Rinaldi Homes - Merritt Medows subdivision, in 2017. Our closing was August 2018. Purchasing a new home can be overwhelming - it felt like we were signing our lives away! Our first point of contact was our sales lady, Daniella and later Vingy. I cannot begin to phathom how there can be any bad reviews here; our personal experience was nothing but exceptional. These two ladies were very thorough, patient, and apologetic when needed. They have gone over and beyond any of our expectations.

Our Second point of contact was our personal Interior designer, Kristina. She was NOT overpowering and ultimately saw our vision. She was the most helpful!

In the past my parents have purchased a house from a builder in the Mississauga area. When we toured the models homes with Rinaldi and later our own home during the construction process, we were more than pleased. The worksmanship, quality and neatness that was put into these homes, compared to the one purchased in Mississauga (Summitview), was by far top notch.

I could not ask for anything better, my home is something I adore, and the service I have received leading up to my closing date was beyond anything I could ask for.

I have two uncle's, my parents and myself who have purchased seperate homes in this subdivision. We will continue to refer people to Rinaldi for their world class service.

Very disappointed!! Ongoing humidity issues and have had repeated calls and emails and issue persist. Keep getting run around to try different settings however my humidity remains between 60-71%. Numerous calls and complaints. No sense of urgency or concern for the reported issue. Spoke to other neighbors who are having similar problems with high humidity levels. High home prices with zero customer service!!! AC runs for 20 plus hours a day.

The staff at Rinaldi Homes are amazing, from the ladies at sales to the workers who built the homes.
The best work I have seen in my life. Me and my wife bought a home in Brampton, the builder was highly rated for the area, but the home we bought from Rinaldi, you can really see the love and hard work they have put into to create an amazing home.

From start to finish they assisted with everything from the smallest details. I'm very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend this builder over anyone else.
