My husband and I purchased our first new build home recently from Ridge View and could not be more pleased. Vong was very attentive during the sale process and explained everything very well. The design palace was also very accommodating to schedules as the first appointment offered my husband was out of town. Our house closed on time in April 2021. Adam, warranty manager, was very detailed during the PDI. We just had our 30 day walk through and every small issue identified will be rectified. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience, and Marlon tops the cake. He is amazing and will always stop to say hello with a smile when he sees you. I am overjoyed to be living in this lovely Neighbourhood!

I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone at Ridgeview Homes who has worked so hard to complete the build of our beautiful new custom bungalow! From the beginning of the project, with initial meetings with George, President of Ridgeview Homes, to its completion, the entire team has been very professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with! A year ago, when we began our discussions for the construction of our home, we had no idea we would be faced with a pandemic in the process. We expected that we would be faced with disruptions and delays such as having backorders on building supplies, in person selections at the design centre etc….but, we passed through any potential challenges very seamlessly and maneuvered in the smoothest possible ways while following every guideline and adhering to Provincial standards.

Thank you Ridgeview Homes for bringing our vision to life! We are SO impressed that every little detail we had in mind, both exterior and interior of the home was on point! What we designed on paper actually came to life right before our eyes as the days approached the completion date. It’s evident that you take pride in your work! You were also very committed to all the timelines. The fact that we sold our house early and temporarily had to live with family out of town during the last few months of construction meanwhile commuting to town daily for work, it was surely recognized, and you made sure everyone worked around the clock to deliver our home on time as promised. What a wonderful feeling it was to be in our “home sweet home” just in time for Christmas!
Over the years, we have moved around 7 times and 4 of those moves were new construction, therefore we have experienced all different levels of service from different builders. We can truly say its no wonder Ridgeview Homes has received the title of BUILDER OF THE YEAR 2020!
