If I could give 6-stars, I would. I reached out via email late on a Sunday to seek help for a leak. Rick followed up first thing Monday, arranged for a site visit and repaired my damaged roof within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. Great communication and follow through with fair pricing. Would recommend.
