I initially hired Chess from Request holding to build and install my septic system on my property in which I was constructing a new home /ironwork studio. Building a home from scratch can be a rather daunting task. There’s a lot of steps to the process and it turned out that my land needed some deep footings and foundation walls installed just to get started .. Chess was able to excavate the land accurately keeping within surviving stakes and in a timely manner always keeping in mind my budget. ..Then he went on to install the septic system and having it Designed by Mike Turner, who also designed an efficient system for me .
I also had Chess help me rough in the start of a pond and path down to the pond. He did some hard landscaping with the excavator for me . He was excellent at moving and placing some larger sand stone rocks that we inherited from the excavation . I could not be happier with the work that Request Holdings has performed on my property and highly recommend them for any construction or landscaping projects you may have Not just septic installations but much more.

These guys redid my neighbours septic and used our driveway to access, after they were done they brought in gravel to clean up our driveway and graded it out at no charge, great work really was impressed. Friendly workers as well.

We were having issues with our septic system last summer. Mike was unable to look at it right away so I had another “local” company inspect it. They insisted that we needed a new field costing $20K. Mike was able to come in and give a second opinion and determined that the distribution line was plugged. Chess came in and dug up my field and unplugged all the lines. My system is now working perfectly at a fraction of the cost. I cant recommend Mike and Chess enough to anyone looking to have their septic system worked on. Very reliable and honest. You can trust Request.

Well our system failed and I quickly called up request because of how many people recommended the company. With a baby due in 3 weeks and time was ticking. Mike and his sons started and finished our job and exceeded any expectations. We were left with an amazing system and the comfort in knowing we don't have to worry about the system for a really long time. Not only was the quote fantastic but the service was great!
