Good, reliable equipment at a fair price.
Kubota front end loader with backhoe was delivered to my yard also so just because my vehicle didn't have the towing capacity, I was still easily able to get my work done.

The absolute worst customer service. They listen very poorly, get confused easily and throw all their colleagues under the bus.

Unless you are taking the equipment yourself and do not have to rely on them to actually do something, go to Ottawa or Kingston.

I rent equipment all the time and this is handsdown the worst experience I've had renting in 18 years working landscaping.

Great local service. My chainsaw cuts were wandering. Showed me how to check my bar. Replaced the bar and added a new chain while I waited. Great service experience.

Not honest or transparent with costs. There are hidden charges that are added which is unfair to customers. Charges should be made clear on the website or on the phone when asked. Expect to pay 10-20% extra on top of advertised rental costs.

Just wanted to give a shout out to express my appreciation for the time taken to have a look at my Stihl Brush Cutter. I had dropped in to this location prior to discuss my older model Stihl brush cutter and asked quite a few questions, which were answered with some good, reliable information. I returned today and dropped off the Brush Cutter to be checked.

I expected to hear that the Brush Cutter was in need of something as it had been running rough. Instead, I was told that it was in good running order, but that the blade was pretty badly beat up and causing vibration, which I was aware of, and had intended to replace at a minimum. A brand new blade was installed, at no extra charge. Very pleased with the service, and knowledgeable information I have received here.

Great service, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did not try to over sell me on anything, if fact the discouraged me from over buying. They explained all the features of my new tool. I highly recommend them.

Poor help over the phone, so I went in to the store to show them the part I needed. They both struggled to find the part number, but when they found it they got the part to sell to me. But were resistant to show me how to find the part number for next time.

I purchased the part, and then they said you can’t return this by the way.

I left realizing I forgot another part, decided to just go out of my way to the Carleton Place one instead…
