Rob from Reno One was really great. Professional and Kind. Did a great job on my new deck! He went above and beyond and even checked in with our old dog while he was at the house. We love being able to hang out on the deck in the evenings! Thank you!

Moved last year to our new home which was definitely a "project". Found Reno1 through a google search and Rob came for a consult the next day. Thought we would start with one bathroom but we were so impressed with Rob's skill and professionalism that we commissioned him for our entire home and could not be happier. The trades he brought in to work on our place were all experienced, accomplished and considerate and fun. Such a good energy. Highly recommend Rob and his team.

We chose Rob and Reno1 to build us a large second-storey deck. From initial site visit to completion, Rob’s expertise and customer care shone every step of the way. He gave us an itemized estimate and clearly explained each item (the only contractor out of 6 we had come by to do so) and any change orders along the way were clearly communicated. We avoided unexpected costs due to Rob’s knowledge of the process and thoughtful suggestions. The project was not small but still finished on time and on budget. Not only that, but it is beautiful and we have received many compliments from our neighbours. Thanks Rob and Mike for all of your hard work, we love our new outdoor space and have been enjoying it all summer long.

Rob took us on as their first commercial client earlier this year in 2025. We started with an empty unit and now have a great looking manufacturing facility. The quality of work and communication has been great from start to finish. He's been our 'go to' for everything related to renos and construction. I recently hired reno 1 to update our bathtub/shower and install New flooring in the bathroom, and couldn't be happier with the results!
I appreciate Rob and how he took the time to address all my requests, making sure the final design was both stylish and functional. Rob was also able to fix our outdoor side gate.

Due to a burst water filter under the kitchen sink; we incurred damage to the lower floor bathroom and hallway. Rob from Reno One was professional and timely provided a detailed report of the damage and an approximate cost and completion date.
As the Reno was in progress he suggested serval options and was open to discussion regarding the work to be done. Including making it work for our schedule. The work site was always left clean at the end of day and we are very happy with both his and his sub trades work.
We would recommend this company for all your renovation needs.

I recently had some work done in my place. I replaced the plumbing because it was the old Poly B and they had to cut holes into my ceiling and walls, so I hired Rob to do the drywall. He did an excellent job. Then, of course, I had to get my walls painted and Rob recommended his painter, who also did an excellent job. Rob also did some electrical work for me.
If you are looking for a contractor, give Reno One a call. He'll do it all for you.
