I highly recommend Renco if you're looking for foundation work.

My spouse and I bought a house a month ago as of this writing, which had a possible moisture problem during the inspection. With next to no notice, Terry agreed to come over and look at it while everyone else was booked for weeks. I found out afterwards that he did that visit on his wife's birthday, because we were under time pressures. We then contracted him to do repairs, and when the scope of the problem turned out to be larger than anyone expected, he collaborated with us to rearrange timing of when and what he was doing for us, giving us choices so we were able to stay to budget and shift some less-important work to a later date. However, what really makes me recommend the Renco team is the "can-do" attitude the techs brought to the job. When they found bees, they just dealt with them for us. When they noticed that a subcontractor did something not-quite-right, they took it upon themselves to make it even better before we even noticed. When they had a few free minutes due to weather, they even swapped out a toilet for us, that I had been planning to take care of myself. And all of this was done for a fair price, and (as far as I can tell) done very well indeed.

Terry is fair and honest and great to work with. His team is the most friendly and polite bunch of guys I have seen in construction in a long time. Terry explained each step along the way about the foundation repairs and then they fully finished my basement and the result is beautiful. I have had multiple renos at my house over the years and Renco is by far the best company I have ever worked with in terms of quality of work, cleanliness, and communication.

The quality of the work looks great. They explained every step so we knew what they were doing. The technicians were very polite, pleasant to deal with and all very knowledgeable. They didn't rush and paid close attention to detail even with the more minor cracks. They left the site each night both clean and safe. They provided a great and fully transferable warranties.

When the work was complete you could only tell they were they by the new topsoil to fill the hole and the grass seed they planted (a very nice touch).

Terry was extremely responsive, and gave a very good explanation of options and work to be done. I unfortunately forgot the name of the tech that did the crack repair, but they were very friendly, thorough, and explained the how/what/why of each step of the repair.

Most important, I was told several times that RenCo 1000% stands by their work, and to not hesitate to reach out if I had any concerns or if anything comes up.

RenCo also does home improvement/renovations, and we just might contract them for this too, thanks to our good experience with the crack repair.

I’ve worked with Renco twice now, first in late fall when I had a surprise leak and needed a quick interior patch and again in the summer with an exterior follow up. I received a number of quotes but found Terry’s to be the clearest in terms of the required work, with a scaleable job that met my needs. Both times I worked with Terry he and the team were super reliable and communicative. Many of the other foundation quotes I got didn’t provide this level of communication or seemed to care about diagnosing the issue. We had a number of questions about the impacts of the work and all were addressed clearly. No waiting around and the job itself went very smoothly. Renco was extremely professional to deal with. Terry in particular responded to my email inquiry quickly, came out to assess the work. I had the quote by the end of the day, and his very talented and detail oriented team member, Blair repaired all the drywall issues.

Renco was tasked with fixing the mistakes another company had made to my basement repair work after some water damage. I couldn’t be happier with the service, speediness and quality of work from Renco.

Terry and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout. We ran into a number of issues during our basement renovation, but they always showed us what the issue was and then provided us with various options to fix them moving forward. The quality of work done exceeded my expectations and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be calling them back for any future renovations we do, or foundation problems (but hopefully not for that!).
