This realtor is unprofessional unresponsive unmanned disorganized and complete arrogant. They don’t return calls . Their call center does not give salesperson info . It’s very unprofessional. We waited 2 hours for the open house at 2pm and the agent and sub agent was not there . I have only Sunday off and me and my finance have other open houses to see . A realest brokerage and salesperson have to responsive responsible and timely fashion .

This is a bad brokerage do not go with them a lot RED FLAGS .

Edmond Lui sold us his own house and acted as a real estate agent for the purchase. Got a visit from the ESA one month after closing and the entire basement was finished without electrical inspection. We were living in a house that was dangerous for a whole month with kids. Insurance would not have covered damages if a fire had occurred since there was no inspection. To bring everything back to code it cost us almost 6K. Edmond denies any knowledge of the situation, although the ESA visited his property BEFORE the closing date to notify him with paperwork in hand. Shady business and we’ve been ignored by Edmond ever since. He even pushed the closing to one month earlier (June instead of July) because he wanted to get rid of the property as fast as possible before the ESA caught up with him. Horrible agent, unresponsive, and does not care about anything unless he is earning money. Extremely dishonest. I’ve contacted RECO and we’ll see him in small claims court.

Beware of who you want to be represented by. I Called Wendy Zheng, waited for a response, followed up and then sent an email. I didn't receive a call or text back. I just dont understand how it's ok to have such poor customer service. I was interested in seeing a property that she listed. I would have worked with her on the sale of my house if she was good. I feel bad for the sellers that she is representing - they missed out on a customer/sale. My advise is work with someone who is great with customer service. With a market that is flooded with real estate agents, don't settle for anything less. It could end up costing you.

I had a very disappointing experience with an agent named Omid Karimi at REMAX. From the beginning, I felt there was a lack of professionalism and respect in our interactions. A few days after our initial conversation, I accidentally sent the wrong documents, and instead of handling the situation calmly, the agent responded by yelling at me. This behavior was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. My experience with REMAX was unfortunately overshadowed by this incident, and I hope that no one else has to go through a similar situation.
