After a few years of searching for the perfect place for our veterinary hospice center and crematorium with no luck, we reached out to Krystel, and she helped us find a place that we could turn into a beautiful space that honours pets and their grieving families and the bond they shared. She was willing and eager to help, even though I am sure that our special office needs and zoning requirements were frustrating at times. Definitely NOT the best Home buying experience we ever had. Bought a new home and Our realtor would barely communicate with us let alone when we bought our house here she didn’t even leave the for sale sign up so we can get a Picture. Funny thing she was right out the door…..10 minutes later Water is leaking in the basement. Hoses are cut off Wires are cut and not hooked up. Turns out she was besties with the previous owner. She even tried to lie about the damages before we moved in but Thank gosh we had pictures to prove it. She also promised us some money ($2500) If we would sign since there were some concerns with the home inspection but because it was said on the phone & wasn’t on paper that never happened. Shady with Lots of double dipping with our Realtor Krystel from this Re/max in Bracebridge. If they offer you anything make sure you Get EVERYTHING in writing so when they promise you something you’ll get it.

I called to speak with a Realtor about a listing at this location and got Katie Rowe. I've dealt with many realtors in my life and this woman was the absolute rudest I have ever met hands down by far. I would never use this Remax to list, I wouldn't even take an offer from them on a listing after that experience. For a job 100% dependent on customer service and referrals this woman is out to lunch.
