I have no experience with Ms Stevens as a real estate agent but my neighbours and I experienced how Ms Stevens and her enraged husband bullied a senior citizen and recently widowed neighbour whom they evicted quite legally from the house across the road. Threatening to call the police 4 times but ever actually making the call, stopping her from removing goods although her lease is to the 30th of June which is tomorrow. Following her along the street shouting till a neighbor stepped in because her children were frightened and an old lady doing her garden felt she might have to defend herself with her shears. Ended up with an already stressed out lady breaking down. Glad I was right there to witness the abuse. Great house seller maybe renters beware. Compassion and a moral compass would be great tools to acquire oh and anger management for the husband should start immediately.
