I contacted one of the agents to reach out for some info on areas of interest I had in Markham! I was told good things about this Remax branch but my experience was pretty amateur ! The woman contacted me by text fairly soon after my contact request . Her first question was to I know if I was actively looking or just browsing ! Maybe she felt I’d meet her on Monday and buy a house on Tuesday ! Agents used to actually tour areas with clients … do the leg work … now they expect a commitment even before doing ANY work ! Pretty pitiful !!
I even texted her back and confirmed that since she did not respond to my request I assumed she was indeed not interested! I got no response even to that question! Ghosted! Totally unprofessional!

A listing agent from this brokerage was knocking all the households’ doors on weekend around the whole community and asking whether people are selling their houses! Such an impolite and unprofessional behavior. This is so annoying and absolutely insulting people’s lives.

This agent just sold the house 8 Caine St. We definitely will report him. You should know whom we are talking about. “Victor xxx” should apologize to the households that being offended.

We contacted Johnny Fang after interviewed quite a few different buying agents. Turned out he was the best among a handful of agents we met.
Called him at 11pm on a weekday, met him 6pm the next day (He drove across GTA at rush hour). After discussed our needs and goals, Johnny Fang started bring us to the fresh listings twice every week.
He tried his best to find bargain for us, some times we were far and the other times we lost by a close margin. He never lost his patience with us. At the end we got our new residence at a very reasonable price.
If you need a calm and experienced buying agent, at least check Johnny Fang out.
