Mark did the renovation of our laundry room this summer. The work was of excellent quality. The tile work was amazing in both the floors and the backsplash. He planned the plumbing re-route in order to hide the cut-offs but accessible from under the sink. The stairs and floors were well protected and place cleaned well after completion. I highly recommend Mark for your renovation

Mark and his crew are awesome, they have done 3 bathrooms, a fireplace and a basement for us. Mark can do anything from a basic finish to something custom and high end. The prices quoted were consistently lower than other larger outfits. Very good attention to detail. Would definitely recommend !

Mark and his team transformed my 1964-original kitchen as well as 3 bathrooms. He understood my vision and my budget and was able to execute the project to create my dream home. I was nervous for such a big renovation at the outset, but he proved himself to be trustworthy. He pointed out the pros and cons of different options. I could reach him day and night, and he was on site every time I checked in. The renovation took a little longer than quoted, but that’s to be expected for any project. I lived at home through the process, and my sleeping/living quarters were always as clean as possible, given the messy job. I would recommend him without hesitation.

My husband and I had our master en-suite renovated 2 years ago by another company. We informed the other company that we noticed it was leaking into the main foyer but when they arrived they couldn't find a leak and then refused to fix it. 2 years had passed and in the summer of 2018 the ceiling below the master en-suite gave in and fell, resulting in exposing black mold and mildew. We immediately contacted Mark from ReMarkable Construction as he was the referral Home Home Depot. He scheduled a meeting and gave us an estimate the following day. He was shocked at the mess that was left behind. Mark started the project a few days later and it was finished within the time frame quoted. We were so impressed by the end result and Mark was extremely professional, on time and courteous. We highly recommend ReMarkable Construction for any of your demolition & remodeling needs. You will not be disappointed on his talent and workmanship!

We worked with Mark and his crew on our last home renovation. We installed site-finished hardwood on three stories, a matching staircase, and upgraded 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. All work was on time and on budget. We sold our home in 2021. At that time, it was the top selling price in our neighbourhood.

We hired Remarkable Construction to rebuild our basement after a flood. Mark was great at getting us on his schedule quickly with not much wait time. He shared his knowledge with us and guided us in the direction that was best to go in with the changes we were making. We felt confident that the job would be done well and in the end, it was. Mark and his crew even went out of their way to help us with some issues we were having with a couple of things in the house. Thank you Mark and crew for a job well done!

Mark and his team were meticulous and a pleasure to work with from demo day to the final finishing touches. Mark took the time to overcome the challenges that come with a 1976 house (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and transformed my kitchen from small and dark to a bright, spacious and beautiful new space! Highly recommend
