I am very happy with Reliance's service regarding my plumbing protection plan. Their response and scheduling were fast. Also, I had an excellent experience working with Chris. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear explanation of the problem and the solution. My service and experience with Darren yesterday and today was outstanding! We needed a new sewage pump and he did all the calling around to his distributors and got one and back her this afternoon and the job was completed. He is so patient, kind and so understanding to our concerns and urgency of the job for our bathroom in the basement. Reliance hang on to Darren he is your golden plumber!!!

Tues.Feb.25 a technician arrived for general maintenance of one year old furnace and to replace the filter. I had called for service 2 months ago when the red light turned on at my smart thermostat. the lady on the phone said if it was not an emergency my appt. would be Feb.25. Connor arrived and was very polite and pleasant to talk to. He worked on the furnace and then explained to me what all was done ...which was appreciated. I mentioned to him that there had been a high pitched beep from my thermostat every 15 minutes for two months and he checked it and reset it.I also mentioned that a year ago I had signed a rental contract to replace my furnace,my air conditioner and hot water tank as well as install a water softener a year ago..I never got my hot water tank despite many phone calls and conversations. When Connor heard my story he said that he would put in a work order for me and later that day he called to say that guys were coming the next day to bring a hot water tank.On Wed. Feb. 26 ,2025 three gentlemen arrived with my hot water tank. They were very polite and informative . They were very considerate of my Historic Victorian home and pleasant to talk to. These four men completely changed my opinion of Reliance and I hope they are rewarded for their fine work and the way they represented Reliance.Their customer service was exceptional and much appreciated..

Quick, efficient and prompt.
I made the call, while on the phone the lady booked my inspection and the contractor all called me within 10 minutes- he was there 10 minutes after speaking with him. And i was still on hold to be transferred to a new department to book another rental

I want to take a moment to share my positive experience as a new customer with Reliance, particularly after encountering a couple of unexpected home emergencies this year. Our journey with Reliance began in February 2024, when we had a "hot water tank crisis." From the very first call, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service representative I spoke with. They were not only kind and patient but also genuinely empathetic to our situation. They went above and beyond to offer thoughtful accommodations, making a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Our first bill arrived on time, exactly as expected, and we were pleased with the transparency and efficiency of the process. However, this past weekend, when our copper pipes sprung a "leak crisis," we found ourselves wondering if Reliance offered emergency plumbing services. After 24 years of using a local plumbing company, we decided to reach out to Reliance and inquire. To our surprise, not only did Reliance provide emergency plumbing services, but the representative also introduced us to a variety of billing and payment options—some of which we had never been offered before. This exceptional level of service prompted us to have Reliance come out over the weekend to fix the leak. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that Reliance offers a range of services, including plumbing, which I hadn’t realized before. Throughout this process, I’ve been continually impressed with Reliance’s customer service. It’s rare to encounter such genuine empathy and proactive support, and it’s made a significant difference in resolving our issues. I made sure to share this positive feedback with the representative I spoke with, as it’s not every day that a company delivers such outstanding service. Thank you, Reliance Home Comfort, for your exceptional care and for making a challenging situation much easier to manage. First call to Reliance for help was a friendly and informative voice on the phone. Then came the service man. He was polite, and explained so much to me in helping me understanding just how my furnace worked. I would give the lady on the phone and my service guy a solid "10"!
