Easy to order. Reliable. Delivered as promised. The cedar chips are excellent. We put them in our raised garden bed area. We trained our dog to do his business in there instead of wrecking our grass. Poo is easy clean up and pee doesn’t leave an odour and just gets absorbed by the cedar. ?

I ordered a bag of soil and a bag of regular fir mulch. The ordering process was easy. They delivered exactly where I wanted it.

The soil was beautiful, however, the mulch was NOT as described. I put out all the soil first and did not open the mulch bag for a couple weeks. I used it because I needed to get the job done, but it was not what I had expected. I emailed to let them know that I thought I had received the wrong product. What I received had pieces as large as my foot. As a result, it did not provide the coverage I had expected and I would need to order more.

No one responded to my email.

When I called the company to order another bag, I said I had emailed and that no one had responded. There was no acknowledgement.
I explained the issue with the mulch and was told. "That's the way it is. " I again explained that what received was not what was pictured on the website. What a received is coarse mulch. The rep said I received the regular mulch and "That's the way it is". I replied that if that is the case, they need to change the photo on the website as I was unhappy with what I received.

I ordered a bag of fine fir mulch (which is more expensive) as I needed more to get the coverage I required. If the mulch had been as described, I would have had enough.

This was a disappointing customer service experience considering all the excellent reviews.

Can't recommend Reimer's enough. The online ordering was so simple and easy to naviagate, they carried what we needed (lawn soil) and the communication around delivery was exceptional. Now we are sitting back waiting for our grass seed to grow in!

This is my second year ordering Big Yellow Bag soil. I love how you can order in a couple minutes on their website and then it’s delivered within days and right where I ask them to drop it. The soil is fantastic and it’s great how you can close the bag when it rains. Sure beats having a yard of soil dumped on your driveway. This year I ordered 3 bags to fill my new garden planter.

Easy way to get soil delivered. The communication was excellent. We were told by phone, email and text when our bag would be delivered. The delivery driver put the bag in the exact location we requested. Overall a great experience.

3 years in a row now for delivery of a total of what? 10+ big yellow bags of top soil? Excellent product, dependable delivery. Very active nutritious soil, our garden loves it. This year we and our next door neighbour each wanted one bag each, so we ordered together, and requested each bag be put in specific separate locations on one delivery ... no problem, it was done perfectly.
We will be back, highly recommend.

My first time to order the big yellow bag as it's been years since I replenished my garden, plus making a new garden bed. I also hope to use this soil in my flower pots but mix it with some peat moss and vermiculite as I realize it's garden soil. So need to see how that goes. My experience ordering and the delivery of soil was great. I had specific instructions as to where to drop it as I have a hard driveway. I called ahead being nervous about where it would go, i was given down to the hour it would arrive which was super as I was here. It was fork lifted and taxied to where I wanted it. All that remains is how rich is the soil. Hopefully as great as it looks.
