Worked with a young man named Nick who not only found a car hauler for me but put the car up and strapped it down before I was able to get to the shop. He also met me 3 and a half hours after closing since that was the first time I could get there. Had a little trouble getting a hold of anyone on the phone but that issue was moot once I got in contact with Nick. He was great all around.

Because the U-Haul at this location is operated by the same staff as Red Lake Salvage, I'll also leave this review here:
Unfortunately I am unable to give this U-Haul location at Red Lake Salvage a good review. I booked my U-Haul trailer a week in advance and they let someone take my trailer to Winnipeg two days before my pick-up date. I called them the night before and they said everything would be in order, so I drove from Ear Falls and the trailer was not there, nor would it be arriving back that day. The Red Lake Salvage/ U-Haul staff offered no remorse or even gas money for the wasted trip.

If you are planning on using U-Haul, I'd suggest planning a trip to Dryden, Kenora or Winnipeg, that way you'll not have to make a surprise trip to Dryden, Kenora or Winnipeg the day of your move.

Had a noise in the front of the vehicle.told everything was OK but need some other work after the work same problem appeared.
$1200 later break pads needed to be replaced. That's after I paid $200.00 to say the brakes are OK.
Don't bring your vehicle to this place.
I also should mention that it took over a month to do the work.
