They swapped out a simple jet pump with one inlet and one outlet. I've pulled it out myself before in 20 minutes. I Slipped a disc, was on bed rest so had to hire a company. They invoiced me OVER TWO THOUSAND DOLLERS for install plus EIGHT HOURS LABOR. Thats a JOKE for a simple pump swap. Priming it should have been the longest portion of work which I've done myself . I understand things happen but I find this unacceptable. The technician lied to his supervisor saying that we agreed to a "band aid" repair instead of an actual solution. I'm glad you sent him back out Steve , thank you. There is no excuse for the technicians behavior and misdirection. If I had been advised that a proper solution was available, we would have gone that route. We thought we were initially given the proper solution, not a temporary under-satisfactory solution.

It's no wonder they have poor reviews. Like another said, the woman that answers the calls is miserable and not helpful. I ended up going with a prince george company to test my well, glad I took her advice: "wEll do your own research.", when I asked about what they tested for. So thanks for that, I did and found you guys had trash reviews and there were by far better companies available. 🙂 and a special thanks to the williams lake company that spent 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining how the testing worked and it's pros and cons.

I called a lot off companies and everyone was 2 weeks wait .
I called a plumber to see if he Knew somebody that can help me and he recommended call Quesnel pumps .
Mitch came and diagnosed it was my pump was failing and my well was not dry so he changed my pump and everything is working well in the house !
Im really happy with the service and how fast he was and everything went well thank you so much Mitch

Brutal. Absolute garbage service. I started in February to get a pump installed for June. Hounded them to finally get a quote. Accepted. They said they would order materials and book us in. Never heard from them again leaving me high and dry with no water. These guys deserve a negative -5* rating for their incompetence...disgusting. if you need service get someone from Prince George. These idiots care nothing of their customers.

Paid almost 8k for new well pump instal Niel did great work but well went dry within a month called for advice and I quote, what do you want I am busy was the owners answer so called Canwest problem was resolved in days they were amazing and very reasonable cost.

Had them come a couple of times. Now I'm blowing water lines in the crawl space now my wife is at home dieing and they wont see us saying 30 people ahead of us

Did a terrible job and Neil had to come back several times to fix it. Had to threaten with law suit so they would fix it.
