Puroclean and Jesse in particular did an amazing job with our restoration. They were on time and prompt with all there services they provided for us. The crews they provided to do the work were very friendly and courteous and did an amazing job, including cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day.
I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

Very pleased with Puroclean, they were really quick to get the damaged carpet and drywall out from the flood, After I had the repairs to the foundation done the drywall and painting was done. The crew was back to return the furniture and a final cleanup. Roberto was always available if I had any questions. I would recommend Puroclean.

They are insurance yes men. Don’t know there work, but do not let them on your property just because the insurance company said. They lie, to get paid from insurance.

After contacting my insurance agent regarding water leak in my basement, I received a call from Robert of PuroClean. I passed on the information regarding my wet basement to Robert. I then received a call from Jesse who oversees the cleanup and damage report. Jesse and his crew did an exemplary job. Jesse provided a step by step of what would be required to address the flood and what to expect thereafter.

I recently had a pipe leak in my basement and unbeknownst to me water had gotten between the cement floor and the vinyl I had laid. By the time I realized this had happened mould had formed. I contacted Patrick at PuroClean Brantford and he had someone at my house the next day to remedy the situation. Jamie, the young man who Patrick sent, was on time, professional and courteous. Jamie remedied the situation in just over two hours. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.
