Fair price on an AC unit and timely install. I wasn’t able to be at home when installed but figured because my basement is unfinished they would run all the lines up in the beams. My fault for not stipulating where I’d like the lines placed. My issue is I reached out afterwards to find out about moving them at my cost and after a few emails back and forth and pictures sent of said lines I was ghosted. Reached out a few months later and still no response.
This was a few yrs ago now and maybe things have changed, but I’m in my basement working on things now and am trying to figure out what to do with these lines and it made me angry, hence the review

Quickly after my review was posted, Danick reached out. Turns out it ended up being a bit of a miscommunication. Anyways he promptly made an appt to get things taken care off and I’m very happy with the final result. It’s nice to deal with a company that stands behind their service. Star rating changed to reflect the excellent service I have since received and the tech ( Jake? I’m pretty sure) was a pleasure to deal with and did great work. Thanks Prowest for being a stand up company!

Pro-West was great to deal with from start to finish! We got central air installed, and were really happy with their competitive pricing & the professionalism of their team. Danick quoted us with the correct sized unit & our 3 level house has stayed cool during these heat waves...I wish we had done this sooner! Highly recommend using Pro-West.

Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the new FURNACE and CENTRAL AC units. PRO WEST did an excellent service ,a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable technician. I called few companies for the job estimated price of installation, Pro West (Danick) gives me a really good deal compare to other companies.Also the technician showed up the next day to install. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRO WEST COMPANY they did great service and I will definitely call them again in my other house to install CENTRAL AC.

Highly recommend!! They are so absolutely fair priced and won the bid to do our hot water tank, furnace, and air conditioner.. Danick is a man of his word, easy to communicate with, and holds a high level of standard that I come to expect from this price point.
Honestly, save yourself the time of shopping around, I know these guys are impressively competitive, and the product works exactly as advertised!

I do not have enough good things to say about Pro-West. This company goes the extra mile to take care of their clients. From my first call inquiring about a furnace replacement and A/C install, to the completion of the job, these guys delivered timely, accurate, and friendly service that exceeded expectations.

Highlights from my experience:
-The quote came in less expensive then what I was expecting.
-No sales pressure when making a decision.
-My wife had come home to find the old furnace had stopped working, this was 45 minutes to closing time for Pro-west, they had a tech onsite in about 20 minutes which saved me a call out.
-Pro-west had offered heaters for the night.
-I had a new furnace installed within 24 hours, and a/c installed by end of week.
-During the whole process I had updates on scheduled times and how the job was going.

Danick is a wonderful person to work with, he made the whole process easier than ordering a cheeseburger at a drive thru.
