We have found them to be highly responsive, professional and well versed in their line of business. We noticed some front steps could use updating and out of concern for my elderly parent, they had their contractor over within an hour to decide on a new design. The steps, and other elements were tended to in only a few days. Linda is experienced, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them.

Don't go with this company. Our application was denied and initially were informed it was because we had a newborn, who they anticipated would cause noise complaints. When we pushed to understand this reasoning better, they then denied this was the reason and blamed our current landlord's review. We know our current landlord very well and did not receive a bad review.

Great landlords! Quick and responsive with any questions, concerns or repairs needed. The contractors that they used to do a repair caused by a leak in the apartment above me were so nice efficient. The property manager Linda is very friendly and really nice to deal with. Thank you!

The Properties Group is a commercial Rental Business that cares. The staff is always so helpful caring. If they don't have the answer they'll find it. I'm one of their tenants and also their Florist. 10 out of 10. Micheal The Designer's Wflowers

Absolutely terrible company - will use intimidation tactics to get you agree to pay for other tenants damage to the building and their own incompetence. Never sign a lease with the properties group unless you intend to pay to repair the damage they make to their own property.

Quite rude and Jules Sigler gives herself 5 stars for her own business? Desperate and unprofessional. Go somewhere else. You know there’s a problem when the primary consultant has to give herself 5 stars.
