Couldn’t say enough good things about Heinz and Jason- they did a spectacular job repairing our porch (pillars, steps and foundation). We spend months trying to find a company who would take on the job and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Heinz is very knowledgeable and he kept us in the loop during the entire project.

I will post after photos when the pillars are painted .. attached are some photos of before and during the repair.

I had my front porch, landing and steps done by Project X Construction in October 2020. They tore out the old porch, landing and two sets of steps then poured and finished new ones. The job was completed in the time given and the site cleaned up. The team was friendly and respectful at all times. The finished project is functional (steps are the correct height now) and looks fabulous! I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to employ them again.

Heinz and Jason from ProjectX did a remarkable job repairing foundation issues of our house addition. This is a job that several contractors walked away from while many suggested demolishing the existing structure and build it new. Heinz was one of the few who bravely undertook the project with confidence. He and his team managed to complete the project successfully beyond my initial expectations.

Here's the detailed story:
The rear addition to my house had foundation issues. It had been sinking from one side and needed some repairs. I contacted Heinz to get a quote for the repairs and he visited the property immediately. After initial investigations, he accurately diagnosed the problem and came up with a realistic repair plan within my budgetary limits. The project was complicated. The existing foundation that was built out of the building code had to be removed and a new foundation had to be done to the code. A structural engineer had to be hired to do investigations and new drawings that acceptable to the city. Heinz kindly shared on of his contacts with whom I had pleasure working with.

The repair plan involved lifting the existing structure using hydraulic jacks, hand-dig footings, pouring concrete footings, building new foundation and carefully placing the structure on the new foundation. Heinz and Jason executed this plan precisely while the city inspected their work to make sure everything is done according to the code. Heinz took extra care to make sure no damage was done to the house while they were working on the addition.

Once the structural work is done, Heinz and the team worked on renovating the rest of the addition. They replaced the old garden door, re-routed some exhast ductwork, hung a new drywall and made it ready for paint. They did such a remarkable work that my painters appreciated the quality of the drywall preperation work.
After few months of work, Heinz and the team transformed my sad-looking house addition to something that we are proud to host our friends and family in. Without Heinz years of experience in construction, and his teams remarkable knowhow, we would not have completed the project to this level of success.

Just like Heinz promised on his very first visit to my property, he considered the project as if it was his own house-repair work. From lifting the structures to sanding the new drywall, he and his team took special care to make sure that things are done right and to the highest quality. I would highly recommend the ProjectX team for any renovation project, specially the complicated ones that many are reluctant to step into.

Heinz and his team helped us out with a project on our new building installing frost protection and underpinning a slab that was having some erosion issues last year.
