One of the BEST contractors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with - I wish I could give them more stars. We hired Pro Concrete to replace our driveway, front/side walkways and garden retaining wall. I usually don’t write reviews this long, but I feel compelled to write about not only the amazing quality of workmanship, but the professionalism and EXCELLENT customer service by everyone from the owner to the various crew.

Right from initial contact, George took his time to visit several times and go over all the details involved in a concrete project. Their quote process is so detailed and lists the exact spec on everything from the concrete grade to base prep and structural reinforcement. I got 5-6 other quotes and no one else came close to providing this kind of detail. After researching, I did find ProConcrete uses a 35MPA concrete which is much better than the 32MPA most others use. They were nice enough to not only match but slightly beat their closest competitors quote, but overall their pricing was not too much more than others when considering the better materials and (in my opinion) quality of finish when I walk around the neighbourhood.

As for deposits - $0 paid upfront and payment only due when job complete! Are you kidding me? I have dealt with many contractors and literally never had this. This speaks volumes about their confidence in doing the absolute best job that will satisfy even picky customers like me 😄

I have never seen a contracting company organized so well with a specialized crew for every single aspect of the job - demo crew is done, framing crew is on site and finishes framing. Next day they do base prep with rebar on driveway (others use mesh) followed by pouring the concrete in 1.5 days. After a day for concrete to set, a crew that specializes in finishing puts the final touches. In 5 days - BOOM 🔥 we have the best looking concrete job I’ve ever seen. Literally everyone who walks by stops to compliment our driveway. Even a young kid told me it looks amazing and kids don’t lie 😬

I have to make a special mention of the owner Silvio - it’s obvious he REALLY cares about the quality, workmanship of the job and customer service. Due to the grade of our lot, the crew made some adjustments they walked me through but then I had second thoughts over the weekend. Silvio personally came on a Sunday afternoon within 2 hrs of my email to explain everything to my satisfaction.

Then to my surprise, on concrete pouring day, I see Silvio pouring concrete with the crew - love to see an owner so hands-on 👍 Various minor touchups were all completed ASAP and they even brought a truckload of soil to fill in around the concrete to leave site looking nice and ready for some grading and grass.

THANK YOU ProConcrete for being such a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 ⭐️ and I highly recommend this company if you want the job done with zero headaches.

I didn’t do a Google review for Pro Concrete when my project was first installed, it’s been 15 yrs since its installation.
I cannot say more gracious things about this company. From the get go George reassured us of all aspects of the job. His words are still stuck in my head. “ No one ever regrets going with Pro Concrete “ and this statement couldn’t be true enough. Every department in this company strive to make us happy. We have attached some recent photos of our home. The new sealer application as in the past has revived its look to be like it’s brand new!!!! We’re always astonished by the transformation.
Over the years we have gotten many kind compliments on our concrete. Even after all this time we were expecting to see some problems arise here n there. What do you know. Not any issues have arisen. That’s why this review I feel is so necessary. When I drive by a job that doesn’t look good or cracked, I think to myself. You should've gone with Pro Concrete.
My continued thanks and praise go out to Silvio, George and all the workers. Finally the sealer crew Jamie and the boys always put the final touch to elevate the finish even higher and do an amazing job.

This past summer (2023), we hired Pro Concrete and Paving Ltd rip out our old patio and pool deck and to replace it with a design and layout that was much more pleasing to the eye and very low maintenance.
The proprietor of the company personally took the time and effort to oversee all aspects of this quite large project.
My wife and I cannot say enough good things about all the crew and office staffs' attitude, skill and professionalism.
We were pleased to put an advertising sign on our lawn as the job was in progress, we would recommend Pro Concrete and Paving Ltd to anyone looking for very high quality work at a fair price. Incidentally our neighbour told us about how pleased they were with Pro Concrete doing their recent project.
They have done quite a few jobs in our Burlington neighbourhood and I suspect most of their recommendations come from word of mouth.

Right from start when George the sales representative came out to quote the project, he was knowledgeable and informative with our needs. Silvio, Elio and his crew orchestrated the entire project professionally from start to finish! They were prompt and onsite every day through the project. They took the time and care in keeping my neighbors property clean and undamaged. The crew were easy and a pleasure to work with as they explained, made changes and worked with us on all the details of the project!
As a contractor myself my wife and I are 110% pleased with end results. FYI it takes quite high standards to please me!
Even the neighbors walking by were amazed and full of compliments.

We highly recommend going with Pro Concrete for your home driveway/porch renovation project.

Prior to deciding who to help us with our home - we took several walks and drives around the neighborhood, for getting ideas and visuals. Many times where we came across a driveway/porch design that looked crisp and professionally done - it was done by Pro Concrete.

Silvio took the time to walk us through the design we wanted, with helpful tips and suggestions.
When it came time to breaking ground - the crews were very efficient, courteous and worked safely.
Each day the site was cleared and marked off.

And it's not just excellence in what you see, but also what you don't - the quality extends well beneath the surface with solid excavation depth, grading, forms and rebar construction. Their attention to detail on our brushed/stamped concrete was impressive. And you know you're in good hands when the crew also takes a keen interest in seeing how it all turns out.
