This was no little job. Prime Rock Walls built a us floating fire pit at the edge of our property, raised the grade of our entire backyard by 6-12 inches (with a retaining wall), built walls around our lower deck and more. I've never seen anyone work so hard, and Ben took it upon himself to make sure every fine detail; from the shape of our point, to the curve in our walls, was done with absolute perfection. The natural rock jump into the pool was his suggestion and is the "life" of our backyard. I have never been so impressed. This company is the total package, not only industrious, but has the artistic ability to maximize any project you give them.

We had Ben do a major retaining wall project at our home in West Kelowna this past summer, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are super happy with the result. Communication was great through supply chain issues, he was flexible around our holiday schedules and more than willing to listen to our ideas and requests. The guys worked through heat and smoke and got the project done with the end result being well above our expectations. We would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Prime Rock Walls recently completed 3 sets of stairs and a long wall along our back yard as the start of our back yard transformation. From the minute I met Ben in the spring I knew new was a good guy, someone who could be trusted. We were not let down. Ben was on time and worked extremely hard. Even more so given the high temperatures and heavy winds. His attention to detail is amazing. He cares about his work and it shows. He got the job done on time and had to work through the weekend to do so. He’s very dedicated. To top it off, final costs were less than he quoted. If you need this type of work done Prime Rock Walls won’t let you down. Thank you again Ben. We are very satisfied customers!!
