I would warn anyone considering this company to avoid them at all costs.
Total disregard for others, aggressive, rude and threatening. Don't even consider calling them. Our company's' interaction with them is below:

To whom it may concern:

I am not sure which one of you I had the misfortune of speaking to this morning so I am addressing you both as your company seems to be listed under both your names.
I want to express, in writing, that I find it abhorrent and wholly unacceptable that one of you told me this morning that they “hope I choke” in response to a unwanted invoice.
I cannot even begin to understand how you can think that this is an acceptable thing to say to a representative of any business or any human being.
Imagine coming to work and having someone speak to you like that. Imagine further, struggling in life, having physical or mental health issues or family trauma. Imagine the consequences of your words on someone who is unstable. Thankfully, this is not my situation but you have no way of knowing that before you threaten or disparage someone How careless can you be and what has lead you to believe that you can speak to people in such a manner implying that I, or anyone else has less value than you?

Hoping that I “choke” over an invoice for lawn sprinklers is beyond outrageous and I seriously wonder how you handle situations in life that are far greater than lawn sprinkler invoices. Besides the fact that threatening someone in such a way is a crime and I should have spent my time reporting you to various authorities instead of writing you.
We have the right to expect that any one we do business with has the ability to treat our staff with the most basic level of common courtesy.
