I think you saw this review coming. I can’t speak for your contract work, but your online store and customer service is a joke. 6 weeks. For a bottle of filter cleaner. Website wasn’t working, called to let you know: two people calling and texting me same day to tell me I can place my order as the website is fixed. Where was that money-hungry attitude when I emailed three times a month later when my order hadn’t arrived (I received confirmation of order but no confirmation of shipping)?
I finally had my sister call on a Monday while I was at work as no one responded from either of your email addresses , you told her you would ship “another” bottle and send me tracking information. Nothing. I called Tuesday, you claimed you would send me tracking details. Waited until the end of the day, nothing. I called and emailed. Wednesday around 3pm you finally went to the post office and shipped my order from 4 weeks ago. We can see the time and date you shipped it, if you cared about your customers you would have made fixing your error a mistake. Not a low priority on a Wednesday afternoon, when it should have been shipped Monday. You can pretend you shipped the first bottle that “got lost in the mail” and that “I might get two” but it’s pretty apparent to me you messed up and couldn’t take responsibility.

Your lack of responsibility and accountability speaks louder than you know. I can’t imagine how you operate the rest of your business.

Great place to rent equipment from! Quick to answer messages and have always been accommodating and willing to help. Definitely recommend!
