We had a huge basement foundation repair in which many contractors refused to complete. Tim and his team took it on and seamlessly worked with our engineer and other contractors as needed. They had great communication with us, were extremely fast and efficient and fair. Tim explained every step of the process with us and the total invoice ended up being less then expected! I can't recommend them enough.

We hired this company in December to do work on our property and our neighbour's. We paid in full upfront. They completed about 80% of the job and promised to return in the spring to finish. It's now mid-May, and despite being scheduled and rescheduled at least four times, they have yet to come back. Our front yard has been left unfinished and in disarray since December. Constant excuses, no completion. Very unprofessional

Power Foundation provided engineering work and helical piles for our large house addition. Great attention to detail and accuracy. Staying on task till the job was totally completed and site was clean. Paperwork and engineering was followed real well. We are fortunate to have a service like this local to the London area. Working with Power Foundations on a regular basis is pleasant and keeps my mind at ease. They care about what they're doing. They install helical piles often to create solid footings for a large variety of projects. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for this type of work. If you're thinking about using this company, just pull the trigger. You won't regret it.

I contacted this company based off of all the great reviews and what appeared to be a great home visit for an issue with my house sinking in the front. I remember specifically the details of this in person meeting which is not something I can say all the time given a brain injury from a previous accident but I had messaged my father right after they came and told them everything they told me: the house has dropped 2.5 inches in the front from where it’s sturdy at the kitchen and that there’s two main beams under my house and it was an even 2.5 across the front and I remember this specifically because we had originally thought it was lower on the front left of the house. Prices were reasonable and they said they could start end of October. This was back at the beginning of October.

We booked the day for them to come and unfortunately they had to re schedule citing unforeseeable circumstances on another job, so then we pushed it to the following Monday Nov 11, again at last minute after having to clear my calendar they needed to re schedule yet again! Okay fine three times you’re out.

Today comes and they were supposed to be here between 8am and 10am …. NOTHING! It wasn’t until 1:30 did they show up so now more than half the day is gone, I could have worked or done other errands and low and behold all of a sudden now the house has dropped to 3.25 inches and the one side that looked perfectly fine where he said not much needed to be done maybe one support is in worst condition than anywhere else, claiming it’ll be a two day job now and he can’t start today and of course more money!

I do NOT recommend them at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere this and all future projects!

A big shout out to Power Foundation System wonderful experience got onto the job quickly we had a couple cracks repaired on foundation some mortar work and parching done. Great job from Tim down to the worker very professional and courteous highly recommend them reasonable price .
