I can’t say enough about the experience with Steven, Jason and Marina. I would highly recommend Steven for any Reno job. I have had the pleasure of working with them through various stages of completing a basement in law suite. They were professional and respectful of a houseful of toddlers. Jason is the most conscientious and caring individual as is Steven. They listen and execute your vision. Anyone contracting Steven and his team would be so very fortunate. I smile everyday looking at the work they’ve done for me. They go the extra mile and are happy to make it all work for you. We feel very lucky to have worked with them on this project. They have gone above and beyond to make everything as seamless as possible.

It's difficult to summarize our experience with Potter Renovations in just a few words as it doesn't truly do the entire process justice. We're more than happy with the actual work they did in our basement and all of the time they spent designing and perfecting it. We're already planning the next thing to bug them with!

I was referred to Steven and his team by friends who had had successful and beautiful renovations done to two of their homes. I trust my friends and their choices for contractors so I didn’t hesitate to contact Potter Renovations.
From the moment I met Steven I felt comfortable with my decision to proceed with a complete bathroom renovation off my main bedroom. It is a large size room with a big soaker tub, separate corner shower, vanity and toilet. Everything was removed and Steven and his team were very efficient with the disposal of these pieces as well with the clean up every day before leaving. I absolutely loved working with Potter Renovations as they are experienced in their craft and know what they are doing. When something came up that was new or a challenge to Steven he didn’t hesitate to tell me and then did his research to come up with solutions to finish with a great product without extra costs whenever possible. I just love my ensuite. It makes me happy that Steven and his team cared about their work and my dream to make it the most beautiful for me.
I will be hiring Steven and Potter Renovation again in the future for other renovations in my house.

I am very happy about the work Steven and his team did for me. I had them do mudding and painting (was going to have them finish my entire basement but I ran out of money). The prices are extremely fair, especially in this current market -- his price was better than any other place I could find. Steven and his team are also very pleasant people. Fabulous experience. Steven is professional and personable. He truly is a master in his craft. We had always heard people having horrible experiences of contractors but this turned out to be anything but that. He has kept us engaged.
