Fernplast kanata installed a front door and door leading to the garage for us. Reed was the sales consultant we dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, quick to respond and accommodating. We initially chose a different door, but changed our minds and decided to go with another one. He adjusted the quote promptly which was appreciated. Bill and Dustin did the installation. They did an amazing job and really take pride in their work and clean up, my front hallway looks cleaner than before they came. They were easy to talk to and mentioned things to watch out for like how long the caulking will dry and to be careful with the caulking and the two dogs licking it. We are happy with our two new doors and will recommend Fernplast Kanata to family and friends

Installation team (Tom, Ryan and Seth) were exceptional - our two large living room windows were installed efficiently and look great. They provided added value by removing and reinstalling our blinds and putting our sectional couch back in place! All our windows have been purchased from Fenplast. We are now done! I am beyond impressed with the quality of not just the product, but the workmanship as well. Even with only part of the job completed each day, I was already feeling a change in the ability to climate control inside the home. I absolutely must give an huge shout out about the crews that were completing the installation. Thankfully, there were very few issues with my older home, but anything that did come up during the takedown of my old windows and doors, they mitigated with ease. I cannot say enough great things about these guys.
