We had Matt Polson Home Renovations completely gut and renovate our basement, from demolition to final finishing. The results were way beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Matt transformed our dark & dingy 70’s era rec room into a beautiful bright oasis. He also created a beautiful laundry room, complete with upper & lower cabinets and customize access panels for the plumbing and dryer lint trap. He rerouted much of the duct work to provide a much higher ceiling. It all looks fantastic! Matt’s expertise and attention to detail was top notch!

Throughout the project, communication was very professional. Matt kept us fully informed through the entire process, provided expected goals each day and notified us immediately of any unexpected issues you inevitably encounter renovating a 56 year old home.

Matt was also very patient with all our questions, providing prompt answers. He incorporated several changes we requested and often provided better alternative options.

Finally, cost was very reasonable and the project was completed on time in spite of the several changes we requested.

We cannot recommend Matt highly enough. You will most definitely not go wrong getting him to do renovations of just about any kind. We will be getting him to do our bathrooms and kitchen next.
